In a nutshell the Kuali Coeus application for Research Administration is a comprehensive system to manage the complexities of research administration needs from the faculty researcher through grants administration to federal funding agencies. KC Mobile application enables key-users involved with research programs to have access to specific part of Kuali Coeus application, which would enable them to be updated on and execute those functionalities through a mobile device and hence reduce the lead time for approval/reject workflow for the proposals. The KC Mobile application is a multi-platform mobile application made within the Kuali Mobility Enterprise (KME) framework. The application allows users, serving key roles in the process to review and approve proposals/protocols. The app should have capability for the reviewers/ approvers to search and lookup their own documents, perform approval/reject actions on the document and should allow the users to navigate and review critical parts of a proposal/protocol.
